Do you draw from photos or only in person?

I typically draw portraits from desired photos sent to my email.

What’s the difference between a caricature and a realistic portrait?

A caricature is a cartoon like style portrait that usually has some unique features exaggerated for humorous and entertaining purposes. While a realistic portrait is a piece of artwork that looks just like the reference photo, only drawn or painted.

What is your cancellation policy for events?

There is a non-refundable 25% deposit required to reserve your date. Cancellations must happen within 5 days (at the least) of the scheduled event. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll do my best to accommodate and remain in contact about availability. If I have to cancel due to emergency or illness, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Do you offer digital or physical copies?

For gift caricature i send both a physical copy and a digital copy. For realistic portrait drawings i send a physical copy to you but keep you updated with photos of the drawing process.

How do i book you for a live event?

Fill out the live caricature booking from. From the Home Screen of the site there is a live caricature booking form to fill out. You can find the booking form option at the top or bottom of the site, or in the menu options found in the top right corner of a mobile device.

How long do you take to draw each face?

Each face usually takes 4-6 minutes per face.

Is there a travel/mileage fee?

Travel and mileage fees will be applied to bookings that take place 25 miles or more outside of the Dayton OH area. There is no travel fee within 25 miles of Dayton OH. Mileage/travel fee is $0.67 per mile beyond 25 miles of Dayton OH, and exact travel fee will be quoted after booking.

Can i print the digital artwork myself?

Absolutely. When sent the digital caricature drawing, you are able to print off the JPEG image.

What file formats do you deliver for digital drawings?

JPEG files will be sent to your email once the drawing is completed.

Can you combine multiple people into one realistic portrait drawing with separate photos?

Yes. I can combine multiple faces into one drawing with separate photos. Please let me know if you have any specific placement of faces in mind.

What is the largest amount of people you are able to draw in a live caricature?

I would say 3 or 4. Maybe more but it depends. The more faces, the smaller i have to draw.
